Having put an order through for some standard as well as personalised sports bar badges, I found the process to be straightforward and was kept updated about the timings for the personalised badges to be dispatched.
In the end, they were ready before the quoted 3 weeks, and were all sent out together with the standard badges.
They arrived in great condition and were well packed.
