Quick questions
How long will my badges take?
Custom badges usually take 3-4 weeks, or 4-5 weeks in busier periods. Custom badges aren't part of our same-day dispatch service, so please order early if you need them for the start of term or an event.
Customised plastic button badges: 1-2 weeks from artwork approval.
What artwork do you need?
Send us your school crest, logo or artwork. We can also work from a sketch, a photograph or even just a description.
Will I see a proof first?
Yes. We'll turn your design into a visual of your badge and send it to you by email for approval before anything goes into production.
What is the minimum order?
Our smallest package is 25 badges for £100 + VAT, including set-up and delivery.
Can I order more than 500?
Yes. Our 1,000 badge package is £745 + VAT, and we're happy to quote for larger orders.
Can I get a sample?
Yes, samples are free. Please get in touch to request one.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Pay by invoice is available to UK schools and businesses, with payment terms of 30 days from dispatch. You can also send your purchase order to info@schoolbadgesuk.email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. After that, the design goes into production and no changes can be made. As they're made to order, custom badges can only be returned if faulty.
Is there anything you won't make?
We won't produce badges with words or phrases that could cause offence.
