How Does It Work?
Returning an item couldn't be easier. Simply follow these three steps.
Contact Us
Email us with your order number, beginning with SBUK, and tell us which items you would like to return. We'll provide return instructions.
Return Your Items
Send the unused goods in their original packaging to the address we provide. You pay the return postage. We recommend tracked delivery.
We Do the Rest
We'll inspect the returned goods. Once approved, we'll process your refund, exchange or applicable store credit.

Return Conditions
Our extended goodwill returns scheme applies to eligible stock products. To qualify, items must:
- Be unused and undamaged.
- Be returned in original packaging.
- Be complete and suitable for resale.
- Be within the relevant return period.
- Pass inspection when received.
We may decline goodwill returns that do not meet these requirements. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Personalised & Custom Products
Our change-of-mind returns scheme does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
This includes personalised badges, bespoke badges, specially produced coloured badges and other custom items.
Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items are handled separately under your statutory rights.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
Your options depend on the time elapsed since your goods were delivered.
Within 30 Days — 100% Value
For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact us within 30 days of receiving your products. Once approved, choose a refund, exchange or store credit for the full product value. Return postage is paid by the customer.
Days 31–90 — 75% Store Credit
Return eligible unused products for store credit worth 75% of their original purchase value.
Days 91–180 — 50% Store Credit
Return eligible unused products for store credit worth 50% of their original purchase value.
Days 181–360 — 25% Store Credit
Return eligible unused products for store credit worth 25% of their original purchase value.
After 360 Days
We do not accept change-of-mind returns after 360 days under this goodwill scheme. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Additional Information
Return periods run from the delivery date. Please contact us within the relevant period to arrange your return.
Store credit is calculated on the amount originally paid for the eligible returned products, excluding delivery charges. It is redeemable against future School Badges UK purchases and is not exchangeable for cash.
Exchanges may require payment of any price difference or additional delivery costs.
