How Does Same-Day Despatch Work?
It's simple. Follow these three steps and we'll handle the rest.
Choose Your Badges
Browse our range and add eligible in-stock school badges to your basket. Stock items are ideal when you're in a hurry.
Order Before 2pm
Complete checkout and place your order before 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
We Despatch That Day
We'll prepare and despatch your eligible stock order that same working day, using your selected delivery service.
Don't worry! Orders completed after the 2pm cut-off will normally be despatched on the next working day, provided all items are in stock and eligible.

Which Products Qualify?
Our same-day despatch service applies to eligible stock products that are ready to send.
Eligible Stock Products
Many of our standard, ready-to-send school badges qualify for same-day despatch.
- Products held in stock.
- No custom production required.
- No personalisation required.
- Order completed before the weekday 2pm cut-off.
- All products in the order ready for despatch.
Items That Don't Qualify
Some products require additional production or preparation time and cannot be despatched immediately.
- Personalised school badges.
- Custom-made or bespoke badges.
- Specially produced coloured badges.
- Made-to-order products.
- Products awaiting stock or additional production work.
These items have their own production lead times. Orders containing both stock and made-to-order products may be held until everything is ready. Please check the relevant product information before ordering.
When Will My Badges Arrive?
Despatching your order quickly is the first step. Your actual delivery date depends on the postal service selected.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 as our standard delivery service. This aims for next-working-day delivery but is not a guaranteed next-day service.
Special Delivery by 1pm
For urgent eligible orders, Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm may be available at checkout. Destination restrictions and service conditions apply.
Same-day despatch means your eligible order is handed over for delivery that day. It does not guarantee that your parcel will arrive on the same day or the next day.
Free Delivery Over £250
Spend over £250 and enjoy free standard delivery on qualifying mainland UK orders. Another way to make your school's budget go further.
