• Products: to read your badge products and save the app's settings (price breaks, minimum order, colours, photos and text placement) in a product metafield in your own store.
• Files: to upload the badge photos you choose to your store's Files.
• Discounts and checkout validations: to create the app's automatic price-break discount and its minimum-order check in your store.

• It does not collect, store or process personal information about your customers. Customer wording and choices are stored only as line item properties on the cart and order in your Shopify store.
• It does not run its own database. All settings are stored in your Shopify store.
• It does not sell, share or rent any information.

Shopify sends us mandatory privacy notifications (customer data requests, customer redaction and shop redaction). Because we hold no customer or store data outside your store, we acknowledge these requests and have nothing further to provide or delete. Our webhook endpoint logs only the request type and the shop domain, kept for no more than 30 days, to show the request was received.

When you uninstall the app, its discount and checkout validation stop working. Settings saved in your product metafields and photos in your Files remain in your store until you delete them.
